About
Following my diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer in September 2019, I've made it my mission to share my journey through cancer with the world. Through my online presence and in my published books, I strive to inspire and encourage others who may be facing similar struggles.
If you take a look at my collection of journals, you'll discover the 'Inspired, Breast Cancer Warrior Journal.' It's a heartfelt work that showcases my poems 'Breast Cancer Warrior' and 'Love, Live Well, and Win.' Additionally, I've also created the 'Sassy Me Breast Cancer Journal,'
"If you're wondering what I do for fun, it's safe to say that dogs are sort of my thing. In fact, I'm so passionate about them that I co-authored a children's book titled 'What Do Dogs Like To Do?' It's a joyful tribute to man's best friend, and a true reflection of my love for these furry companions." I like cats, too, but so far not enough to write a children's book. LOL!
Prior to my battle with cancer, every career assessment I underwent as a Talent Acquisition entrepreneur pointed towards my driving force: creativity. When the timing was right, I made a career pivot, leaving the corporate world behind to pursue my passion as a writer and independent publisher. Since then, I have designed and published over 700 journals.
Currently, I write about my cancer experience and compose Haiku for my mental well-being.
